The Whitby Abby series wa sproduced as part of an archeological survey of the complete standing structure.

Paul was commissioned by the archeologist (Steve Coll) to record precisely various architectural fragments of note in the Abbey, the images were drawn on site and are the exact size to the original medieval carvings.

Some of the images will be available very soon as prints and postcards.
